The 11-meter Naval Special Warfare Surface Support Craft is a commercial aluminum deep-vee hulled boat with a protective collar for open water utility operations. These craft are used from inland bays and waterways to deep water over-the-horizon transits, day and night, in all operating conditions and weather. The vessel is supporting the Special Warfare community via ocean diver and swimmer support, medical transport, vessel towing and water airdrop training, among other missions. It was built to include a multipurpose deck for carrying various payloads, equipment or mission gear.

Two 11-meter RHIBs were designed specifically for transporting students in the Marine Corps Combatant Dive Detachment training program off shore in Panama City Beach, Fla., for dive training and evaluated events. Each vessel is capable of transporting 20 students, allowing the USMC to increase training class sizes to 40 divers per class. The two vessels are variants of the Navy Warfare (NSW) Swimmer Support Craft. The 11M NSW Swimmer Support Craft is already designed with an open center console and full cabin, but with the USMC specification to the program, a forward center console variant was implemented.

Over the course of 20+ years, Silver Ships has constructed more than 500 RHIBs for the U.S. Navy’s High Speed Maneuverable Surface Target boat program. They are used in U.S. Navy fleet ship and tactical aircraft live-fire ordnance training on designated ranges in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The boats are highly versatile and can be operated in either a manned or unmanned configuration.

Riverine Patrol Boats are used for foreign and joint force operations on river, coastal and open ocean patrol and interdiction duties. The vessels were designed and constructed as a part of the U.S. Navy Foreign Military Sale (FMS) program. The rugged, 40-foot center-console patrol boats are armed and armored, and capable of carrying crew, additional troops and cargo.
